Mystery Shopper

This completely confidential service enables Marketing Directors and Heads to request a visit to their school by a Mystery Shopper.

The aim of the visit is provide a ‘parents’ eye’ view of their school in the form of a detailed report. This report will provide an objective assessment of those areas of the school which parents would examine when engaged in the process of selecting a school for their child and thus will highlight both areas of strength and those where improvement is desirable. In short, a Mystery Shopper visit to your school will enable you to see your school through the fresh – and often critical – eyes of a prospective parent!

First impressions are, as we all know, extremely important when a parent makes initial contact with the school. In fact, they can be the deciding factor in whether an enquiry for a place at your school is pursued. The Mystery Shopper service will provide you with invaluable and comprehensive feedback on the way prospectus enquiries are dealt with, the welcome received by visitors to the school and the impressions created by the staff and pupils with whom visiting parents come into contact. It will also provide you with feedback from ‘parents’ concerning your buildings, facilities and the ‘feel’ of the school, during an individual visit.

It may be that you wish an appraisal to be carried out on a specific area of your school in which case they Mystery Shopper would be briefed accordingly and the ensuing report would include detailed information on your chosen area as well as more general information.
